As the result of a failure of communication between generations, technological weapons of mass distraction and over exasperated grand illusions of capitalism, our future is headed towards a downward spiral. Protocol, discipline, political education, loyalty and respect seem to be absent from today’s liberation struggle. Please join us as we discuss the different herbs that can be used to encourage fertility, herbs that can be used during pregnancy to help the uterus work at its peak ability and herbal remedies to assist healing after you’ve given birth.

We will also discuss the different birthing options available such as home birth, having a midwife and/or birth worker(doula), water births, what are c-sections and much more.

This Sunday, February 26th, will be the last hot lunch day for the Feed the People Program. Beginning in March, we will be serving bag lunches. Please bring a hot dish to share, bottled water, fruit, hygiene products or clothing for our displaced brothers and sisters.

We gather at 10am at Othello Event Hall: 1170 Sylvan Road Southwest Atlanta, GA 30310. From there, we head downtown.

Your hands and hearts are welcome.

Join us for The Organization 101: Political Education Series. Every Thursday from 7pm - 9pm @ The Shomrey HaTora Cultural Center - 1386 Ralph David Abernathy (Next to Mutana’s) Atlanta, GA 30310

Each solution-based session will focus on advancing the Political Education of not only organizers, but the masses of the people. There will be guest facilitators dealing with an array of topics pertaining to community organizing. The classes will address everything from coalition building to knowing your rights. Classes are free and open to the public.

THIS WEEK’S TOPIC: “Knowing Your Rights and Understanding the Constitution.” This is the class you and children should attend Thursday if you wanna know how to deal with police when they approach you or the significance of the us constitution.

Guest Facilitator will be Attorney Mawuli Mel Davis and Akhenaten Slm Bey of WRFG.

WE BEGIN EACH CLASS BY WRITING A POLITICAL PRISONER SO PLEASE BE ON TIME (IF POSSIBLE). THERE WILL BE FOOD & BOOK VENDORS ON DECK.

Feed the People Program is this Sunday, November 13th. We are working collectively to bring relief to our people by serving hot food, bottles of water, hygiene kits, clothing and blankets. Meet up is at Othellos’ 1170 Sylvan Rd. (West End of Atlanta) at 10am.

We are STILL Kathryn Johnston, Sean Bell & Troy Davis - Town Hall Meeting

What: On the eve of the five-year commemoration of the cold-blooded murders of 92 year old Kathryn Johnston, who was gunned down in her own home by the Atlanta Police Department, and just four days before the murder of 22 year old Sean Bell, who was slain on the morning of his wedding day by the New York Police Department, we will discuss the connection between these executions and the most recent state-sponsored execution of Troy Anthony Davis.

Guests will discuss the cases, failures, progress and practical solutions.
